Terms and Conditions

ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1- Any account not paid within the time specified on the invoice or seven (7) days of delivery will be liable for interest at the rate of 15% per annum and such interest will be added to the account (capitalised) at the end of each month and form part of the principal debt.

2- Any account outstanding for more than sixty (60) days will be liable to meet in full the seller debt recovery, legal costs and/or commission and internal accounting charges (recovery fees) and such recovery fees will be added to the buyer’s account which then be listed with Equifax Credit Reporting Agency.

3- Title to any of the goods purchased/supplied does not pass in law, until payment in full of the account to which the goods relate.

4- Acceptance of our goods &/ or services is automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5- Returns made after 30 days will attract a 15% restocking fee.
